AFC Mansfield threw everything at Huntingdon in an effort to claw back a 1st half opener for the home team.
But it was not to be, a goal ruled offside and a rather lenient approach to the home side from the referee made it too much of a mountain to climb.
Huntingdon now meet Congleton Town on the 7th December at Congleton.
