Saturday sees the leagues top scorers come head to head

Saturday will see Oliver Fearon of AFC Mansfield face up to his golden boot challenger Ryan Blott of Pickering Town. Between them they have so far amassed a combined amount of 83 goals in league and cup. At present Oliver Fearon leads by one on a total of 42 goals and on Saturday reached the tally of 75 for the club. 

Ryan Blott scored against the Bulls in the game at Pickering in the Bulls odd goal in Seven victory. However, Ryan Blott will be up against the meanest defence in the league having only conceded 0.93 goals per game this season collecting 16 clean sheets in the league. 

The goal scoring of Oliver Fearon and Ryan Blott has meant that together the two clubs have only failed to score in three league matches this term. The Bulls have scored in every home game so far this season, only failing to score at Thackley and Penistone.

All this should mean that we see some goals on Saturday and it would be great to see another bumper crowd at the Arena to cheer on the Bulls. Let's make sure we have the 12th Man on Saturday.
