The Bulls and Shirebrook Town played out an entertaining 1-1 draw at The Forest Town Arena on Boxing Day.
Both sides had the benefit of a strong wind blowing towards the Avenues end and both teams scored far post headers.
Ryan Williams gave The Bulls the lead on 9 minutes beating Brandon Shaw on the far post to head home and Liam Greenfield bought the scores level on 80 minutes with a similar header.
It was a fair result and the game was managed superbly by Referee David Evans and his assistants Charles Creswell-Hibbert and Steve Beresford.
