Now to this week, the Under 16's have reached the semi final of the Notts County Challenge Cup. This is a great achievement as the lads have never played in this competition before. They beat Ravenshead Red's 5-2 at Queensway on Sunday. They have a home semi final on the 8th December. Let's hope for another Notts cup heading to the AFC trophy cabinet.
The under 10's won 4 1 over Mansfield Hosiery Mills on Saturday to maintain their unbeaten league start and stay top of the league.
The under 11's lost at home to league leaders Chesterfield Town 6 0, whilst the girls lost 9 2 away to Radcliffe Olympic again against the league leaders.
The under 15 boys maintained their start to the season with another comprehensive victory over Woodhouse Colts. A 6 nil win maintains the unbeaten start and increases their goal difference to 59. Keep going boys you could have the title won with a number of games to spare.
We are going to hold our first managers meeting next week. If anyone has any issues or questions then please ensure you let your managers know this weekend.
Let's keep going and remember the 1st team are at home on Wednesday night to Askern FC from north of Doncaster and again on Saturday in the Notts Senior Cup again Seleston. Come down and give Micky and the boys your support.
