Don't
forget this Saturdays Notts Intermediate Cup clash this Saturday at the
Forest Town Stadium kicks-off at 1.30pm.The 2nd round tie against
Eastwood Town Reserves will be a very interesting one as Eastwood are
managerless after John Ramshaw resigned this week leaving the club in
turmoil.
Whatever side they send should be of a good standard as they
play several leagues above AFC Mansfield.
Mickeys men should
have fresh legs with no game last weekend and it will be the first
competitive cup game for the fledgling club and a chance to progress in
another competition.AFC are a progressive club and will take this tie
very seriously as they battle on all fronts.
A firework display will take
place at the stadium around 6pm and the early kick-off gives everyone
chance to prepare for the event.
