AFC Mansfield settled for a 1-1 draw against high spending Heanor Town.  

Joe Naylor put the home side ahead on 31 minutes when he headed home a Danny Claridge corner.

The Lions had to wait until the 78 minute to draw level through ex Leeds Utd player Sam Jones.

All in all a good workout for both sides and an indication that AFC Mansfield are progressing along the right lines.
