Rick has now scored 3 in all of the last three games and is
now top of the goal charts.
The game was never in doubt and AFC strolled into the lead
early on and were 4-0 up at half time.
Things could have got worse in the first half as the Bentley
keeper came out of the area to stop an AFC attack and handled the ball.
Everyone expected him to be shown a red card but thankfully
for Bentley and the game he stayed on the field.
Mark Carter scored another 3 and Jammy Meehan kept up his
goalscoring exploits with another brace added to his tally.
Carl Haslam added to his tally and a surprise name on the score
sheet was Ricky Chambers scoring his first of the season.
AFC Mansfield ran out 10-0 victors and now sit proudly at
the top of the table.
At this game the gate receipts were donated to the King Mill
Scanner Appeal.
There was another gate of over 200 and £478 was donated to
the appeal and the club would like to thank the supporters that turned out once
again.
